1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. stuffed green olives
3 or 4 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. each: thyme, salt and pepper

Brown chicken; remove from pan.

Add the onion, garlic and green pepper; cook until tender.
