1/2 c. flour
1 c. ripe olives, chopped
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. leaf oregano
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 doz. corn tortillas
2 c. Cheddar cheese

Brown beef, onion and garlic.

Add chili powder, salt, oregano and flour.

Simmer until thickened. Place layer tortillas (4) in 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
