Servings: persons

5 Tbsp. butter
1 c. canned tomatoes
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. chicken stock
2 c. cooked and diced chicken
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. onion juice
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. sliced ripe olives (I use black)
1 c. chopped pimentos
1 Tbsp. sherry
cooked spaghetti
grated Cheddar cheese

Saute mushrooms in 3 tablespoons of butter for 5 minutes. Blend in flour and salt.

Add stock and stir until thick.

Add chicken.

Cover and heat to steaming.

Mix 2 tablespoons of butter with egg yolks, onion and lemon juices, paprika and pepper.

Stir this mixture slowly into chicken and cook until thick.
