Get the fish fresh from the market and have the vendor clean it by trimming the

gills, removing the scales and cleaning the insides. Do additional cleaning at home to remove any blood and intestines.

Chop and Mix all the above ingredients (except the wheat) and form a paste

like mix. Don't use the food processor as it might make the mix watery I prefer a kitchen mortar.

Sprinkle olive oil and salt inside and outside the fish.

Stuff the fishes with the paste Mix and dust with the wheat flour.

Barbeque till it gets that dark charcoal color on each side.

Remove the fish from the barbeque and dip for a few seconds in a hot water + Salt

Mix to remove additional wheat and to give it flavor.
