   Cut each piece of bread into 9 pieces.

   Grate cheese. Sprinkle over bread.

   Cook, crumble and drain sausage.

   In a blender, place eggs, half and half cream and seasonings.

   Blend. Pour over sausage and bread.

   Cover it all set it in the refrigerator overnight.

   In the morning bake it at 350u00b0 for 45 minutes.
