1/4 cup green bell peppers chopped
1 jar pimentos drained, chopped
6 large eggs
3 cups milk
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon oregano

Line a greased 9x13 pan with bread cubes; set aside.

In a skillet, brown sausage with the onion and green pepper; drain.

Bake, covered, at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
