Edna'S Casserole

   Saut meat in small amount of oil.

   Add onions and pepper. Cook until almost done.

   Add remaining ingredients, except noodles and cheese.

   Cook mixture for 45 minutes.

   Cook noodles according to package directions.

   Drain and add along with the cheese sauce mixture.

   Pour into a covered baking dish and bake for 30 minutes in a 350u00b0 oven.
