2 lb. ground chuck, browned
1 stick oleo
margarine
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 carrots, diced
1 onion, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
2 md. potatoes, diced
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 can (15) tomatoes
4 beef bouillon cubes
Salt, pepper and garlic salt
garlic, to taste

In dutch oven size pan melt margarine.

Add flour and stir until smooth.

Add 2 cups water, stir until smooth.

Add 3 cups more water, carrots, celery, potatoes, mixed vegetables, tomatoes, bouillon cubes, salt, pepper and garlic.

In separate pan brown meat and cook onion.

Drain.

Add to dutch oven.

Simmer 1-1/2 hours.
