EasyWhelks and Mushroom Ajillo

   Cut the whelks and mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.

   Don't cut them too finely.

   Mince the garlic.

   Heat the serving dish in an oven or oven toaster for about 5 minutes.

   Put the olive oil in a milk pan (small saucepan), add the garlic, whelks, mushrooms, and ingredients.

   Cover with a lid and cook whilst agitating the pan to mix it up.

   Transfer to a piping hot serving dish, sprinkle with Italian parsley, then it's done!
