Easy Yet Elegant Balsamic Lamb Chops

   Grease a baking tray, place the lamb chops on the tray. Salt and pepper them also put your garlic over them.

   Place them in your oven on broil for 5 minutes flip them and broil for a another 3 to 5 minutes. When there done take them out to cool a little.

   To make the glaze bring butter,balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, salt and pepper to a boil, in a medium sized saucepan.

   To finish spoon balsamic glaze over them let it sit for about 2 minutes and service
