Seal the bag and allow it to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, turning occasionally.

Turn grill to medium-high.

When grill is hot remove meat from the marinade.

Add meat to preheated grill, turning as needed.

Cook for about 10 minutes for short ribs and 10-12 for chicken thighs or use a meat thermometer to check for done-ness.

While grilling, put a heat safe pan thats large enough to hold all of the meat on the upper part of grill and add the butter.

Allow butter to melt as the meat cooks.

When meat is done, add it into the pan with the butter and add green onions.
