Easy White Sauce in 5 Minutes

   Put the milk in a pan and heat (low to medium heat) and mix in the ingredients.

   (keep mixing constantly)

   When it just comes to the boil (the edges will start to bubble), add the soup stock, salt and pepper.

   Mix for 1-2 minutes, and when the sauce thickens, turn the heat off and it's done!

   You can make a gratin by mixing in macaroni, chicken or sausages, and whatever vegetables you like!

   Or add tuna and mushrooms and eat with pasta!
