Place refried beans into a microwave safe container and heat on high setting for 3 minutes.

Mix and set aside.

Brown ground beef and drain.

Add can of diced chilis, 1/2 packet of taco seasoning, and 1/2 can of enchilada sauce.

Remove from heat and set aside.

Using a 11x9x2 casserole dish, place the ingredients in layers: Crumbled chips Refried beans 1/3 packet of cheese 1/2 can of enchilada sauce Crumbled chips Ground beef mixture 1/3 packet of cheese 1/2 can of enchilada sauce Crumbled chips Remaining enchilada sauce Remaining cheese Bake in 350F oven for 15 minutes or until cheese melts and is all bubbly.

Remove from oven and slice into 2-inch squares.

Serve with dollop of salsa and fat free sour cream on top.
