Easy Sweet Rolls Recipe

   Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

   Lightly grease a round cake pan.

   Cut shortening into flour and then fold in lowfat milk a small quantity at a time till a good smooth dough is formed.

   Roll dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick and brush with melted butter.

   Combine sugar and cinnamon.

   Sprinkle proportionately over dough and roll up like a jelly roll.

   Slice into 1/2 inch slices.

   Place slices in prepared pan.

   Bake 18 to 20 min or possibly till done.
