Ingredients: 300 grams Pork (for curry); 1/2 pepper Red pepper; 2 Green peppers; 1 Onion ( small ); 100 grams Bamboo shoot; 1 tbsp Sake; 2 tsp Soy sauce; 1/2 Egg; 2 tsp The juice from grated ginger; 1 tsp Chicken stock granules; 80 ml Water; 2 tbsp Soy sauce; 3 tbsp Sugar; 4 tbsp Ketchup; 3 tbsp Black vinegar or vinegar; 1/2 tbsp plus Katakuriko; 1 tbsp plus Water; 1 tsp Sesame oil; 1 Katakuriko

1/2 pepper Red pepper
2 Green peppers
1 Onion ( small )
100 grams Bamboo shoot
1 tbsp Sake
2 tsp Soy sauce
1/2 Egg
2 tsp The juice from grated ginger
1 tsp Chicken stock granules
80 ml Water
2 tbsp Soy sauce
3 tbsp Sugar
4 tbsp Ketchup
3 tbsp Black vinegar or vinegar
1/2 tbsp plus Katakuriko
1 tbsp plus Water
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 Katakuriko

Marinate the pork with the ingredients marked .

Cut the onion, green pepper and red pepper into 1.5 cm squares.

Blanch the bamboo shoot and slice it into bite-sized pieces.

Coat the pork in the katakuriko and fry.

Then, briefly fry the vegetables in the same pan.

Put the seasoning ingredients and water marked into the frying pan, and bring it to the boil.

Dissolve the katakuriko with the water to make a slurry, and add to the pan to thicken the sauce.
