Easy Sunday Beef Roast Recipe

   Combine soup, browning sauce and water in a bowl; mix well.

   Salt and pepper the meat to taste and place in a cooking bag in shallow roasting pan.

   Pour liquid over the meat and tie bag.

   Cut a 1 inch slit in the top of the bag and place meat in a 325 degree oven.

   Roast for approximately 3 hrs.

   Remove the meat from the oven and carefully drain liquid into saucepan.

   Make gravy from the liquid - it's excellent!
