Easy Sugar Cookies

   preheat oven to 375.

   Stir together flour, baking soda, and baking powder.

   Set aside.

   Cream together sugar and SOFT butter.

   butter must be soft or cookies will come out hard.

   Add vanilla and egg.

   gradually blend in dry ingredients.

   Roll dough around on tsp into balls.

   flour hands so dough does not stick to hands.

    place onto ungreased cookie sheet.

    bake 8 to 10 min or untill golden brown.

    Let stand 2 min.
