Easy Sugar Cookie

   Cream first 4 ingredients together.

   Sift flour, soda and salt together; add to mixture until smooth.

   Pinch off small pieces of dough and roll into a small ball.

   Press on a lightly greased cookie sheet.

   Mash flat with a glass dipped into sugar.

   Bake at 375u00b0 for approximately 10 to 12 minutes or until brown.
