   Brown ground turkey and onion in an oven proof skillet.

   Add gravy, peas and carrots to mixture.

   Heat throughly, stirring occasionally.

   Microwave mashed potatoes 2-3 minutes, until warm 4.

   Spread mashed potatoes over meat mixture, leaving about a 1 inch border between edge of skillet and potatoes.

    Broil for 3-5 minutes in oven.

    Removed from oven and sprinkle with cheese.

    Let sit for about 5 minutes, then serve and enjoy.
