Easy Sausage Pizza

   Thinly slice the onion and rub in 1 teaspoon of salt.

   Leave for 15 minutes, and then wash off the salt with water.

   Remove excess water with paper towels.

   Use shop-bought pizza sauce or make your own.

   I plan to upload a separate recipe for my handmade pizza sauce.

   Pierce the pizza baseswith a fork.

   Spread about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on top.

   Sprinkle with the well drained onions, diagonally cut sausages, sliced red bell peppers, mushrooms and frozen corn kernels.

   Top with plenty of cheese and bake for 10-12 minutes at 300C.

    Melting cheese and crispy pizza base - it's best to eat homemade pizza while it's hot!
