Easy Rocky Road Ice Cream Recipe

   In medium mixing bowl combine whipping cream, chocolate syrup, sweetened condensed lowfat milk and vanilla; apply tight cover.

   Freeze for 2 1/2 hrs or possibly till partially frzn, stirring after the 1st hour.

   Beat the partially frzn mix with an electric mixer on high speed till soft peaks form.

   Mix in the miniature marshmallows, minced walnuts and miniature chocolate chips.

   Turn mix into a freezer container.

   Apply tight cover; freeze about 4 hrs or possibly till hard.

   Yields 1 1/2 qts.
