Easy quick "slow cooked" leg of lamb – a delicious recipe with lamb, ground coriander, olive oil, water, bay leaf. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Carve the leg of lamb from the bone and remove as much fat as possible ( i also removed all the muscles that would be chewy)

Once carved into slices place in the pan layer by layer seasoning in between layers I've done all purpose seasoninf thebln ground coriander then all purpose seasoning again.

After all the layering is done pour oven boling water double the volume of meat ( you might have to add more mover half way through ) also sprinkle the olive oil and chuck in the bay leaf

Boil on small/ medium heat for 1.30 hours

In last few minutes of boling preheat the oven to 180 degreese for fan oven and 200 gas

Put all the meat in oven tray and pour in a little bit of juices that meat cooked in ( to ensure moisture) pop into oven for 30 min.
