Easy Pot Roast

   Place 2 pieces of aluminum foil crisscrossed on the bottom of a roast pan.

   Place 1/2 of the onion soup mix on the foil.

3. 3

   Put the chuck roast on top of the soup mix.

4. 4

   Sprinkle the rest of soup mix over the top of the roast.

5. 5

   Pour the undiluted can of mushroom soup over the roast.

6. 6

   Place the potatoes and carrots around the roast and bring up the ends of the foil and seal.

   Bake in a 350u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
