Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

   1) Heat oven to 350 degrees.

   2) Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

   3) Using an electric mixer, beat all ingredients in a large bowl until fully incorporated.

   4) Drop level teaspoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets spacing them 1 1/2 inches apart.

   5) Bake until cookies are puffed and starting to look lightly brown around the edges, 8 to 10 minutes.

   6) Let the cookies cool on the sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire cooling rack to cool completely.
