Easy Lettuce Fried Rice

   Beat the egg and mix with cooked white rice.

   Cut the lettuce and bacon into bite-sized pieces.

   Heat a generous amont of oil in a frying pan, and cook the bacon.

   When the bacon starts brown, add the egg rice.

   Stir-fry over medium heat.

   Once the egg is slightly cooked and mixed evenly, add the lettuce.

   Stir-fry some more.

   Drizzle in the soy sauce around the frying pan, about twice.

   When everything is cooked through, it's done.
