Easy Italian Dip

   Mix sour cream and salad dressing mix.

   Stir in 1 other suggested ingredient, if desired.

   Refrigerate.

   Serve with assorted cut-up vegetables.

   Suggested Ingredients: Stir in any 1 of the following: 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil, drained, chopped; 1/2 cup chopped roasted red pepper; 1 teaspoon jarred roasted garlic; 1 can (8-1/2 oz.)

   artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped.
