Easy in the Microwave Juicy Steamed Chicken

   Put the chicken breast in a heat proof container and rub in the ingredients marked .

   Leave the chicken at room temperature for at least 30 minutes to season.

   I used 2 chicken breasts (330 g) this time.

   Cover it loosely with plastic wrap and microwave it at 500W for 3 and a half minutes, or at 600W for 3 minutes.

   Adjust the time as necessary for your microwave.

   Cut the chicken into 1 cm thick slices, and serve.

   It's tasty with a sauce made with olive oil, yuzu pepper, sugar, soy sauce and salt.
