Easy Garlic Chicken

   In a small bowl mix together all ingredients except chicken.

   Spray a glass baking dish with cooking spray and place chicken breasts (fresh or frozen) into the dish.

   Cover with the mixture.

   Cover tightly with foil, label and freeze.

   To serve: Thaw.

   Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
