Easy Fluffy Pancakes

   Mix the cake flour and baking powder, and sift.

   Put the egg, sugar, and vegetable oil in a bowl, and mix.

   You don't need to whisk as making a cake.

   Briefly mix.

   Add the milk, and vanilla oil (if you have some) to Step 2, and mix.

   Adjust the thickness of the batter to your liking.

   Add the sifted dry ingredients to Step 3, and fold in.

   (You can add them at once.)

   Cook in a non-stick frying pan over medium-low heat, and it's done!

    I added 1/4 of a grated carrot.

    Mixing 130 g of cake flour and 20 g of okara is a recent favorite.
