3 tablespoons olive oil
½ cup flour
1 egg
splash milk
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
4 rolls
4 pieces boston lettuce
1 beefsteak tomato
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon butter
½ teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
salt and pepper
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon onion, finely grated

1 dash hot sauce
1 ½ tablespoons pickled jalapeno peppers, os finely diced
