Easy Eating Chicken

   Put the chicken in a pan or pot as long as it has a top it doesnt matter. After you put the chicken in put enough water in so the pieces are half covered.

   Then chop up 2 onions (i really like onions) add black pepper I make sure each piece gets a dash. I also add cummin the same way. Cayane pepper. Other spices added are up to you. I usually add gobs of mustard and hot sauce as well.

   After all of this you bring the pot to a low simmer so keep the fire low the whole time. When you notice the water start to simmer and steam is rising you take the lid and have it partialy off so steam can escape untill the water goes away. Then add a little more water and put the lid back all the on. Remember to stir everything so the chicken doesnt stick to the pot or pan. I usually cook the chicken like this for about an hour to an hour an a half. The chicken just falls off the bone and is very easy to eat and basically taste like all the spice you cooked it with. I usually add mushrooms at the 30 min mark. Have fun!
