⅓ cups Mustard
8 slices Bacon Or Pancetta
4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Divided
2 cloves Garlic
1 teaspoon Sage
1 teaspoon Rosemary
1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cups White Wine
