Easy Cheesey Spinach Casserole

   1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.

   2. Thaw spinach and squeeze out excess water.

   3. In a 1 quart microwaveable bowl, combine 1 cup cheddar, 1 cup italian, seasonings, and sour cream. Mix well and microwave 3 minutes or until fully melted. Mix well. Stir into spinach.

   4. Add 1 cup bread crumbs. Taste spinach mix now to determine if you want to add more spices or not.

   5. Cover the bottom of a 2 quart casserole dish with 1 cup cheddar. Pour spinach mix over cheddar and spread evenly in the pan. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of bread crumbs on top of spinach and pat down. Cover with remaining 1 cup of cheddar.

   6. Place in oven and bake 25-30 minutes or until center is set and edges are starting to brown.
