Easy Beef Enchildas

   Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

   In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef.

   While beef is cooking, place a small amount of enchilada sauce on the bottom of a glass pan.

   After the beef is thoroughly cooked, take off heat and stir in half the cheese and half the remaining sauce.

   Place the tortillas in the microwave for about 20 seconds or until they are soft enough to roll without cracking.

   Fill each tortilla with the beef, roll up, and place in the pan.

   When done, top with any remaining beef, enchilada sauce, and cheese.

   Bake for 1520 minutes.

   Let sit for about 5 minutes before serving it to your happy family.
