Easy Au Gratin Potatoes

   Boil potatoes in skins.

   Peel and cut in bowl.

   Mix in enough mayonnaise to moisten the potatoes.

   Add desired amount of cut-up Velveeta.

   Put some on top; season to taste.

   Pour into casserole and bake at 350u00b0 until cheese melts, about 1/2 hour, depending on size of dish used.
