Easy Asian Sweet Potato and Cheese Salad

   Wash the sweet potato well and wrap with a plastic wrap.

   Cook it in the microwave.

   Cut the sweet potatoes into 2 cm cubes.

   This time, I used pre-sliced processed cheese.

   Cream cheese will probably work too.

   Cut the cheese into bite-sized pieces.

   Cut the cucumber into the shape of your preference and sprinkle with salt and mix well.
