Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef; 1 teaspoon italian seasoning; salt (to taste); fresh ground pepper (to taste); 1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce (your favorite); ⅓ cup water; 8 lasagna noodles (uncooked); 1 (4 1/2 ounce) can mushrooms; 1 (15 ounce) carton ricotta cheese (you may subsitute small curd cottage cheese); 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)

1 lb ground beef
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
salt (to taste)
fresh ground pepper (to taste)
1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce (your favorite)
⅓ cup water
8 lasagna noodles (uncooked)
1 (4 1/2 ounce) can mushrooms
1 (15 ounce) carton ricotta cheese (you may subsitute small curd cottage cheese)
2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Season ground beef with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
