1.Create a mound of flour and then make a hole in the middle (1 min)

2.Add the whole egg to the middle of the flour hole (2 min)

3.Draw in the flour mixing together slowly with a fork (5 min)

4.Wrap dough in plastic and leave for 30 min to settle

5.During the time the pasta is resting start to make the sauce

10.Get a pot and start to boil some water with a bit of olive oil

11.Check the pasta and if it looks right start to knead it for about 2 minutes

6.First you have grated the Dutch cheese until it's all grated. (5 minutes)

7.Then you have to cut up the bell pepper and rinse it. (5 minutes)

8.Now we have rinse the olives and cut them in half (5 minutes)

12.Now put the cream and the cheese into a pan and on the stove and stir it for 5 minutes

13.While your partner is making the sauce put the pasta into the boiling water

14.After that put in the olives and the capsicum and stir it.
