1 can Rotel
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
1 lb. ground beef, browned and seasoned with salt and pepper
diced onion, optional

Dump entire contents of all cans, ranch dressing mix and taco seasoning into a large pot and start to heat.

Brown ground beef, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper.

When ground beef is brown, add to the pot.

Serve over a bed of tortilla chips in bottom of bowl, with a spoonful of prepared Ranch Dip on top.
