Drunken pasta

   Put oil in a pan and heat

   Put onions and chopped bacon in the pan

   Meanwhile boil water in a pot with salt and hslf glass of red wine and cook the pasta

   add heavy cream in the pan

   Add the remaining wine to the sauce.

   The cream will turn into light purple.

   Adjust the salt.

   Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce in the pan.

   Stir and serve!

    You can add a bit of Parmesan.
