250 grams Boneless, skinless Chicken Fillet
1 medium Onions
1 clove garlic
4 slice ginger
4 each Dried Chilies
1 tbsp Canola Oil
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Chili Sauce
1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp white pepper
1 bunch Spring Onions
1/4 cup Toasted Cashew Nuts

Cut the chicken into 1,5 cm chunks

Marinate the chicken for at least 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a wok or fry pan at HIGH

Saute Garlic and Dried Chilies, till fragrant NOT burnt

Add the onions and ginger, and continue Stirling till the onion softened .

Add the marinated chickeen and stir for 2 minutes.
