Double Grilled Cheese & Turkey Sandwich

   Preheat oven to 350 F.

   Melt the butter in a skillet on medium high heat.

   Add the slices of bread and grill both sides until toasted.

   Remove bread from the pan.

   Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet (open-faced) and add the Havarti cheese over both slices of bread.

   Put into the oven and bake for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.

   Take pan out of the oven and add the slices of turkey to one of the cheese coated pieces of bread.

   Close the sandwich and sprinkle the top of it with the shredded smoked mozzarella cheese.

   Reset the oven to a low broil.

    Put the baking sheet back into your oven on the top rack and broil for maybe 2 minutes.

    You want to get a nice melt but not a total melt.
