1 lb. hamburger
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. chopped celery
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 medium tomato
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. dairy sour cream

Cook noodles as directed on package; drain.

Brown hamburger, stirring until crumbly.

Add onion and celery; continue cooking until vegetables are tender.
