1 lb sirloin steak / cut in strips
3 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
1 medium onion, chopped
3 1/2 cup mushroom chop half slice the rest
5 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 can beef bulion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 salt & pepper
1 garlic powder

Season steak stripes with salt , pepper & garlic .

Med high heat & LG skillet.

Heat 1tbs olive oil and brown steak stripes.

Set to the side

Saute onions, garlic, and mushrooms in 2tbs of olive oil for about 6mins

Combine saute onions & mushrooms to meat then add beef bulion & mushroom soup.

Bring to boil, reduce heat to med low 15mins.
