Ingredients: 2 c. cooked rice; 1 lb. ground meat; 1 lb. ground sausage; 1 c. chopped onion; 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper; 1/2 c. chopped celery; 1 clove chopped garlic; Salt and Pepper to taste; Tabasco sauce to taste; pinch of thyme; pinch of sweet basil; 1 bunch green onions and tops chopped; 1 Tbsp. minced parsley; 1/2 lb. butter, divided

2 c. cooked rice
1 lb. ground meat
1 lb. ground sausage
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 clove chopped garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste
Tabasco sauce to taste

1/2 lb. butter, divided

In one skillet saute ground meat and sausage in 1/4 lb. butter until brown; set aside.

In another skillet saute onions, bell pepper, celery and seasoning in 1/4 lb. butter.

In large pan mix meat mixture and onion mixture together; mixing well.

Use natural gravy from ground meat and sausage to moisten.

Can be made the night before and warm in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
