Dirty Rice – a delicious recipe with Uncle Ben's chicken, green onions, parsley, bell pepper, garlic, white onion. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

1 box Uncle Ben's chicken flavored rice
2 bunches green onions
1 bunch parsley
1 bell pepper
4 cloves garlic
1 white onion
1 to 2 lb. chicken livers
1 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 c. cooked rice
Accent to taste
garlic salt to taste
pepper to taste

Chop seasonings. Fry sausage. Add livers and fry until done. Add seasonings to meat and cook for about 10 minutes. Add 1 cup of water and let boil. Add cooked rice. Add Accent, garlic salt and pepper to taste. Prepare Uncle Ben's rice according to directions on box. Add to other ingredients.
