Dirty Potatoes

   Scrub and wash potatoes; do not peel them. Cube potatoes. Butter a 2-quart Corning Ware dish. Put a layer of potatoes; sprinkle with garlic salt, celery seed and Parmesan cheese, then cut up little pieces of butter and put on top. Put another layer of potatoes and sprinkle the ingredients. Continue to do this until dish is full. Top with pieces of butter. Put lid on dish and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350u00b0. Use as much ingredients to suit your taste.
