Dijon Chicken Elegant

   Heat oven to 375 degrees F

   Mix mustard and dill; spread onto chicken.

   Top with cheese; roll up, starting at one short end of each.

   Roll each pastry sheet on lightly floured surface to 12-inch square; cut into 4 (6-inch) squares.

   Whisk egg white and water until blended; brush onto edges of squares.

   Top with chicken.

   Bring corners of each pastry square together over chicken; press together to seal.

   Place, seam-sides down, on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

   Brush with remaining egg.

    Bake 30 min.
