Deviled Pork Chops

   Peel potatoes and onions.

   Slice about 1/4-inch thick.

   Layer in roaster and arrange pork chops on top.

   Blend catsup, mustard, vinegar and brown sugar with water.

   Pour over chops and bake covered in a moderate oven at 375u00b0 for 1 3/4 hours or until vegetables are tender.

   Baste during baking.

   Remove cover and bake for 30 minutes longer allowing meat to brown.
