Deluxe Chicken Breasts – a delicious recipe with halves, chicken broth, bell pepper, flour, oil, mushroom soup. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

8 breast halves
1 can chicken broth
1 bell pepper, sliced
flour
Crisco oil
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Salt and pepper chicken.

Roll in flour to coat both sides. Fry in hot Crisco oil until breasts are brown on both sides. Place chicken breasts in large baking dish with thick side down. Mix soups and broth well in large bowl.

Pour over chicken, covering all breasts well.

Add chopped onion and sliced peppers on the top of chicken.

Cover with foil and cook in 375u00b0 oven for about 40 minutes (depending on the size of the chicken).
